General: 9 Round Swiss, by invitation (2250 and over, also provincial champions or highest rated player in province)
Rounds: One game a day except for the second day with 2 rounds. Rounds start at 4:30 PM except day two with a 10:30AM start.
Time Control: FIDE time control of 40 moves/75 minutes followed by 15 minutes/rest of game with 30 second increment for each move.
